Portfolio > Sculpture

I find the intersection/overlap of drawing & sculpture really exciting & enjoy working in both worlds. My sculptures are created by manipulating shrinky dinks {magical shrinkable plastic} using a combination of ink & acrylic paint, & heat {via heat gun or my trusty studio toaster oven} to create unexpected forms. I use shrinkable plastic specifically because I think it is a powerful & playful metaphor for the human condition.
